Finally, you will develop key skills for the big day: confident posture, time management, responding to follow-up questions, and maintaining clarity even in challenging situations. Training details

  • Understanding the Media

    In the first module of the media training, you will explore different types of media, current major changes, and organizational impacts. We will also discuss the fragmentation of information and the digital transformation of the media landscape, and the journalism profession.

  • Understanding Journalists

    Your trainer will help you build a “win-win” relationship with journalists. We’ll also cover how to understand journalists’ constraints, expectations, and what, according to our experience, annoys them.

  • Communicating Effectively

    Body language and attitude are crucial: mastering non-verbal cues, maintaining a confident demeanor during interviews, and holding your audience’s attention are key tips to help you gain ease and confidence.

  • Preparing for the Interview

    We will cover what makes a strong message, how to adapt to your audience, and how to structure your plan and key points, emphasizing the differences between oral and written communication. We’ll use a tool developed by Oxygen called the Messages House.

  • Mastering the Interview

    To keep your objective in mind and ensure the interview is constructive, this section will detail common mistakes to avoid, interview techniques, and essential rules for maintaining good posture on the big day.
