The opening of the Vitry-en-Artois factory marks a strategic milestone for ACCRO, which aspires to become the preferred plant-based alternative brand among French consumers. The event had to live up to this ambition: a showcase of its culinary expertise, regional roots, and inclusive brand positioning, designed for journalists, partners, clients, and employees.

Oxygen drew on its PR and event expertise to design a comprehensive and engaging program, structured in two parts: a morning press visit dedicated to a factory tour and product tasting, followed by an immersive evening event for partners and VIPs. Each moment was crafted to showcase ACCRO’s identity: generous, committed, joyful, and convivial.

  • A custom press immersion into the world of a committed player

    The day began with a dedicated press program, centered around discovery.

    Agenda:

    • Guided tour of the factory to explore production processes

    • Tasting of ACCRO products following the visit, in a specially designed setting

    • Meetings with the teams and discussions with the founders

    To maximize media impact, the agency supported ACCRO in creating dedicated content:

    • Production of an industrial photo report and an immersive behind-the-scenes video

    • Development of key messages for the inaugural press conference

  • A festive evening to embody the brand in all its dimensions

    The second highlight brought together partners, clients, institutions, and employees in a warm and sensory atmosphere:

    • Immersive scenography of the cocktail area

    • Live cooking showcasing ACCRO products through creative plant-based recipes

    • Integration of the products into the catering menu

    • Shared moments around official speeches

    The event was also an opportunity to strengthen employee engagement through a moment of recognition and team cohesion.

  • Efficient logistics dedicated to the experience

    To ensure a seamless and high-quality experience, Oxygen coordinated all service providers:

    • Technical production (sound, lighting, video)

    • Furniture for the different areas (conference, cocktail)

    • Guest reception with hostesses and cloakroom

    • Catering for the cocktail dinner

    • Photo coverage of key moments
