International event organization to celebrate 10 years of French Tech at the WebSummit in Lisbon

The French Tech Mission supports the structuring and growth of French start-ups, both in France and internationally.

To mark its 10th anniversary, Business France wanted to celebrate this major milestone at WebSummit in Lisbon by organizing a prestigious evening event.

Pôle Event Oxygen was commissioned to design and orchestrate this event, bringing together more than 300 key players from the French Tech ecosystem on an international scale.

Organize an evening combining institutional speeches and conviviality, at the heart of WebSummit, while coordinating the logistical and technical aspects remotely.

Pôle Event Oxygen designed a comprehensive, tailor-made solution combining logistical organization, operational management, and the creation of a smooth and engaging experience for all participants, in a professional and festive setting.

Complete identification and management of the venue and logistics

Search for the ideal venue in Lisbon, coordination of the layout, technical management (sound, lighting, control room), set design, and catering services. Rigorous organization with local service providers and the on-site team ensured that the event ran smoothly.
Operational management of the event

Management of all teams present (security, hosts/hostesses, technical crew, DJ, catering staff), coordination of timings, welcoming guests, and managing protocol with French and local institutions, ensuring that speeches and key moments run smoothly.
Creating an engaging and responsible event experience

Program design combining an institutional introduction, a thematic panel on French Tech priorities (energy transition, gender equality and diversity, networking, talent), followed by a cocktail reception to encourage networking. Production of audiovisual materials to promote the event (media coverage, photo report) and integration of a CSR approach by collaborating with local stakeholders.
