Recruiting the same profiles as Airbus when you’re an agricultural cooperative? Quite a challenge. In a world dominated by startups and major tech companies, it’s hard to compete when your name is Arterris. And yet, with 10 years of existence, €750 million in revenue, and the status of leading employer in the region, this Occitan cooperative has everything it takes to play in the big league. The key is making it known.
Giving Arterris’ 30,000 members something to share, something powerful enough to change the conversation.
Oxygen designed and produced #LaGrandeAventure, an immersive road trip led by three adventurers, influential local bloggers carefully selected by the agency, to discover the world of Arterris. Over five intense summer days, they explored the diversity of the cooperative’s professions, met with farmers, tasted products born of their expertise, and traveled through breathtaking landscapes. This emotionally rich and highly engaging adventure was shared as a web series on Arterris’ newly created Facebook page. Oxygen also managed the campaign’s distribution and promotion to maximize its impact among target audiences.
