Position Enterprise Ireland as a key economic partner and strategic liaison for Irish companies in France.

Promote Irish dynamism, innovation, and leadership in promising sectors (tech, food, medtech, clean tech, etc.).

Deploy a coherent editorial strategy capable of amplifying the visibility of Irish successes among French media, institutions, and investors.

To address this challenge, Oxygen has developed a comprehensive strategy based on three complementary pillars: corporate and sector-specific media relations, influential events, and strengthening digital presence. This long-term strategy aims to raise the profile of the Irish economy in France and highlight the successes of its client companies.

  • A PR strategy to raise the voice of the Irish economy

    To establish Enterprise Ireland firmly in the French media landscape, Oxygen deployed a corporate and sector-specific press relations strategy:

    • Drafting and distribution of press releases on economic initiatives, export programs, and key partnerships.
    • Sending regular press releases on key figures for the Irish economy (exports, innovation, business creation, etc.).
    • Organizing interviews and opinion pieces with Enterprise Ireland spokespersons in the economic and specialized media.

    To strengthen ties with journalists and provide concrete examples of Irish expertise:

    • Themed press lunches bringing together economic and institutional media outlets with Irish speakers.
    • Press conferences at the Irish Embassy on strategic topics: economic policy, bilateral trade, innovation.
    • Press trips to Ireland to enable journalists to discover the Irish entrepreneurial ecosystem firsthand.
  • A tailor-made editorial line to boost the agency's digital presence

    To complement the PR strategy and amplify the messages:

    • Design and implementation of an editorial charter dedicated to social media, designed to highlight the successes of Enterprise Ireland’s clients.
      Production of LinkedIn and Twitter content in line with the objectives of raising awareness and promoting the sectors.
      Media training to prepare spokespersons for public speaking and interviews with the French media.
